Darryl Canon, survivor of torture by Chicago Police, leads the call for passage of the Chicago Reparations Ordinance, which would provide counseling, educational support and other aid for victims of torture by Chicago police such as former Cmdr. Jon Burge.

Naming names: at the end of the rally, many participants lined up to hold banners representing the 110+ African American men who were tortured by ex-Cmdr Jon Burge and his colleagues.
