Roe <\/em>on Trial: On Wednesday WE WILL NOT GO BACK!<\/strong> On March 2nd, the Supreme Court will hear the biggest abortion case since Roe.<\/em> The Supreme Court is not beyond outside influence, so we will be in the streets demonstrating that we – supporters of abortion and funded reproductive health care – are in the majority in this country.<\/p>\n The case, Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt,<\/em> will decide the constitutionality of Texas’s TRAP legislation that places medically unnecessary burdens on abortion providers in order to shut clinics down. Similar laws have already been imposed in 24 other states, and currently 6 states only have one abortion provider left. Access to the rights Roe v.
