Halsted. This is Mr. Onziema&#8217;s first visit to&nbsp;Chicago, where he will see the Legacy Walk bronze memorial marker to his best friend, slain Ugandan activist David Kato. The event will benefit&nbsp;bullied youth through the Legacy Project Education Initiative. $30 per person tickets include&nbsp;two drink tickets.
