Darryl Canon<\/strong>, survivor of torture by Chicago Police, leads the call for passage of the Chicago Reparations Ordinance<\/strong>, which would provide counseling, educational support and other aid for victims of torture by Chicago police such as former Cmdr. Jon Burge.<\/em><\/p>\n
