On April 28th the Supreme Court will host a debate on LGBTQ rights between pro-gay attorneys and anti-gay attorneys.
The official reason is to decide on marriage rights for the four remaining states that have successfully banned it for LGBTs. But the real issue is whether or not equal rights before the law — in all respects — will apply to LGBTs. Will it be legal to fire us, deny us equal access to public accommodations, housing, etc.?
