Anti-War Protest At the Democrats’ Presidential Debate In Chicago

Americans are overwhelmingly against the Iraq war.

The rest of the world, even more so.

Yet after more than 4 years of senseless war, politicians of both parties have done little more than talk about ending it. Crucially, they have continued to vote funding for the war while critical needs at home -- healthcare, housing, education, transportation -- go unmet.

Please participate in a protest at the Democrats’ Presidential debate in Chicago as we demand of ALL of the candidates:

STOP Funding the War.

Bring the Troops Home NOW!

Tuesday, August 7th

In front of Soldier Field*

(*exact location to be announced)

The protest will begin at 4 PM, when the doors open, but if you can't get there until after 5 PM, please attend anyway (their debate begins at 6 PM).

NOT

. . . one more day. . . one more death. . . one more dollar. . . one more excuse

Protest co-sponsored by the Chicago Coalition Against War & Racism and Chicagoland CodePINK, and endorsed by the Gay Liberation Network and others. For more information or to endorse the protest, email CCAWR@aol.com
